Tangerine 10 is built and run by one person, so replies can take a few days.
What is most useful to send
Bug reports. If the board stops responding, a selection that adds to ten does not clear, or the timer behaves oddly, please include your device and browser. "iPhone 15, Safari" is enough to narrow it down.
Scoring questions. If a score looks wrong, tell us roughly what the board looked like and what you expected. Combo multipliers are the usual source of confusion.
Corrections. If something on How to Play, Strategy or the FAQ is wrong or unclear, saying so is genuinely helpful — those pages describe the rules, so an error there misleads everyone.
Leaderboard issues. If a name on the board is offensive or a score is obviously fabricated, let us know and it will be removed.
What we cannot do
Lost history cannot be restored. The My History panel only lasts while the page is open and is never stored, so there is nothing to recover. Leaderboard entries can be removed on request, but not edited.
Advertising and partnership offers are read but usually go unanswered.
